𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘 - Custom or personalized orders or Items on Sale are not refundable. Custom or personalized orders are specifically created and are made-to-order items. Unless it is a defect with the item when it arrives. In that case we will make it for you again.


Returns and my Address Change?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

I Ship from India, with standard shipping method insured and signature confirmation.( Indian EMS speed post or international carrier service)

Address Change won't be possible after the order is shipped out. If your package gets lost during transit due to wrong address we are not responsible for it . Please make sure your address is correct at time of placing an order.

Condition of Return?

* Contact me before sending back the item. Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. I will send you the detailed instruction.

* Item(s) must be returned in unused (original) condition.

* Item(s) must be sent back insured with signature confirmation (it will be the buyer’s full responsibility if the return is lost or damaged during the transit.)

* Funds will be reimbursed ONLY after a quality check of the item(s) of the item delivered back to us.

* Item(s) must be sent back to me within 1 week after having notified me of the return.
